I'm almost positive I finlay got my timing right cause the truck doesnt ping anymore at all.
I also had the screw driver in my pocket because. I had to adjust the mixture to the altitude, my truck started running extreamly Rich on the way up. My screws are also worn down from time an use so they realy make it diffacault to adjust...
I just got some new screws off my auto teacher an im ganna check if they match. An put them in.
The truck did get hot on the trail. It got to 225f. But only because I was low on fluids. But that was the last time.
New that I have an idea twards what can cause it. I think its the carb.
