does it have the separate master cylinder from the clutch cylinder or does it use a master/clutch cylinder that looks like this:
brake/clutch master cylinder for 60's pickup & Travelall - International Scout parts

If separate m/c and clutch cylinder, I'm very interested in those components - including brackets, pedals, mounting and anything needed for the conversion.

here is the extra transfer case linkage I have for my truck. I intended to use it when I twin-stick my transfer case, but if you need it, you May have it. It includes the bracket that bolts to the 4-speed trans, the tc shift lever, the clamp link that clamps to the lever, the linkage that goes to the transfer case, and the little links that go on the transfer case shift rails. The tape measure is set to 22 inches, which is the length of the long link. This link is adjustable, but don't know how much adjustment is available.

Important: this linkage set was not made for a 205 transfer case, however it might work ok on it. This linkage was made for the transfer case used in the '62 IH 3/4 ton trucks that has the shift rails vertical, and not horizontal like a 205.
(please, someone jump in and tell me what transfer case I have, and how it compares to a 205. It's pictured below). Thanks.

ok, the linkage set is yours.

-1- although I'm not interested in the steering box itself, but from the rag joints to the top of the steering wheel assembly, I am interested in.

-2- and the sun visors - hopefully it has a passenger visor too as that's the one I'm actually missing.

-3- and the brake, clutch, pedals and all other related brackets and parts as we discussed. Basically everything, inside and out, in or near that part of the truck's firewall.

Please, after removing the brackets, pedals, etc, just pull the complete steering wheel assembly up and out without disassembling the steering wheel, turn signals, etc.

This will be the second steering wheel/horn/turn signal assembly I purchased. Below is a picture of the last one I bought and a picture of the same steering wheel assembly as it arrived on the freight truck. I'm depending on you to do a better job of removal. Not only were the horn parts missing, but the steering wheel was broken, some turn signal parts were missing, and what wasn't missing was broken, and the steering column itself was very dented all up and down. This is going into what I hope will be a quality restoration, so please be careful - no dents and no broken pieces.

yes they did. They refunded the entire amount I paid for it. But it was a tense few minutes as the delivery truck driver was waiting impatiently while I was on the phone with them.

I bought a few other parts from them too and had to threaten to reject the entire order if they did not refund. And they know I would have too as I told them many times the steering turn signal and horn parts were more important than everything else combined I ordered from them. And all they had to do was cut the column/shaft in the engine compartment and the thing would easily lift out, complete and unmolested. Hopefully there won't be that problem as the steering column in this truck is not all one-piece, but with its rag joint, allows for its easy removal and allows me to more easily connect it to later style steering boxes.

Thing is they were supposed to be professional parts pullers as they don't allow people to pull their own parts, and they mostly pull parts for insurance company claim repairs.

From the way the steering wheel was broken, it appears they used a crowbar to pop off the horn button. And what is hard to see in the picture is there is no nut holding the steering wheel on the shaft. That's because, for some unknown reason, they also completely ground away the threads and splines.
