Haha. Drove the Scout to work today on snow covered streets for the first time here in denver. That was an interesting experience. The tires kept finding hidden tracks in the snow and trying to follow them. The worst was when the Scout suddenly jumped to the right about three feet and scared the hell out of this nice little ol lady in the mercedes next to me. Apparently camo colored scouts are scary. Time to start saving the pennies to replace all the steering components. As for the questions, is there supposed to be solid difinitive gears between 4h and 2h. When shifting from 2h to 4h I have to give it a solid pull and can feel a little difference in the positions, but when going from 4h to 2h the shifter just sort of slides up and I assume it is in 2h because if I go any further it is in neutral.
Next question, where do both ends of the rear seatbelts mount. I have two female ends bolted to the backside of the seat base, but there are no male ends to the belts and I don't see anywhere to bolt these in.
Thanks for any help.
