In tank fuel pump D series

Has anyone crammed an oem efi fuel pump into a stock fuel tank without making an extra hole? Like cutting the pick up line and connecting the pump to the rest of the line
 
I can envision it being functional, however, based on the design specifications of the OEM tank, I do not believe it would be a optimal solution.
 
So stick with external pumps I am putting some holley hydramats on the pickup tube. Has anyone here used the poly tanks found on ebay?
 
I used a suburban tank with internal pump and sending unit with my HFI. Works great, super easy, and the extra capacity is nice.

Yeah, it can be done, but it takes some careful work. You can fit an OEM EFI fuel pump into the stock tank without making another hole, but you’ll need to measure everything right so the pump sits properly at the bottom. Cutting the pickup line and connecting the pump to the existing line works fine as long as all your fittings are tight and you use good quality fuel hose that can handle the pressure. Just make sure the pump has a good ground and is sealed well so you don’t end up with any leaks or fuel pressure issues later.

Show us the pictures, measurements, methods and parts YOU personally used to make this modification work in YOUR factory IH D series fuel tank. Based on your other two posts to this forum, I suspect that you're either an AI Bot or just full of shit. But if you're able to provide the receipts to prove me wrong, I'll figuratively eat my words.
