Okay, okay. Just teasing. The real hardcore tech for the day: "santa" brought us a transmission and we got it bolted up to the klune!

not a fun day . got it in there, but that's it .
still need to get the mounts for the klune/transfer case in, make drivelines, and make and mount a skid plate . the passenger's side exhaust needs to be redone because it's now in the way of the transfer case.

Made a little more progress this weekend. We got the klune/transfer case setup mounted in there. Dad designed and fabricated the cradle and mounts!

Yawl need to actually see the amount of work that went into fabbing up that cradle mount system...the urethane inserts were machined from bar stock! And the proper inner sleeves can't be seen in the pics!

Have you seen that collection of perry mason sumbitch has on that sony betamax format down in the crawl space? After jen moved out into daylite, he's got betamax machines stacked in there like cordwood, all salvaged from the recyclers!
Trever turned him onto that betamax shit, trever and jerry got their own issues with hordin' shit!

The ones I got were 11.50 each.
I’ve come to the same conclusion about tabs, I spend more money in cutoff wheels and sanding disks then it costs to buy the tabs already made.
