Oh I had to move the Alt to the engine because it just could not keep up when it was on the rear axle.

Well I have been really busy but I am starting a new project "THE HOTROD HAULER" starts with a 2010 IH cab over.

From there we are fitting a 36 D1 COE cab on it stay tuned hoping to have it ready for the Harvester Home Coming this summer.

So now we are rebuilding the wooden door frames, and doing the metal work on the cab along with building a new floor structure.

The suspention will be on airbags and linked so the hotrod will drive on the bed hoping to have it so I can drop the rear and rase the front to load the hotrod.

So these doors are made from wood and it take a real craftsman to rebuild the frames. Passenger is suicide from IH.

More to look at all the wood we are using is White Oak, way better than the wood from the factory.

Lots of wood in those old rigs. I made new "A" pillars for a friends '31 Chevy years ago using white oak. LOTS of draw knife work on those! But, it was fun!

Shop two doors down from me are doing a 35 Ford pickup that's a kit car/truck from Factory 5 ..

Would love to drop a 30's something Binder onto their rig ...
