34 Hot Rod Pickup

The headers have a flow thru muffler built in, still a touch loud but the 304/392 sounds sweet.

And now the red carpet is in, I like the way it looks with the seats & doors, really pops with the black and white hides

Time for an update on the 34, Had Jim Maulis build a new mill for the truck. I just got it togaher and installed for the RMIHR.

Engine details are 304 block ultrasonicly tested and then board
.250 over. Used Racetec pistons, Scat connecting rods, ARP rod bolts and Head studs, used 392 heads had them ported on a 5 axis mill, and Murphys motor service roller rockers, then Jim had Cam research ground a cam for the blower motor. Jim also had a Mallory dual point distributor converted to unilite for spark. then he had a fellow named Steve Peterson build a custom Blower manifold. Then I installed a Weiand 6/71 blower and two Quick fuel carbs.

Here a shot of the engine all insalled and plumbed up in the truck. Does have a little blind spot but is a blast to drive!
