2012 SIERRA FALL RALLYE

The rallye depends on volunteers to help produce our show and make it run smoothly. If you can spare some time there will be a signup sheet at registration. We’ll need help with the chili dog lunch, Scout games that begin at noon following the chili dog lunch, kids activities by 12:30, judging for qualified persons, registration tent, raffle ticket sales, and night time activities at the yurt: talking IH and game night.

Thank you in advance

Speaking of the raffle, IH Parts America has donated one of the "all terrain welding carts

yep. The road trip this year will should be titled "an historic cemetary tour of the areas of Grass Valley and Nevada City. One stop will be the bridgeport covered bridge. Built in 1862, it's the longest single span wooden bridge in the world. It crosses the south yuba river.

Lunch will be at the emipire mines picnic grounds in Nevada City. Some will brown-bag-it. While others will stop at a local deli. Checking in with the chamber of commerce for a recommendation. I'll post up the results.
Should be back at lake francis by 2-3

Is any of this on dirt roads?

Deli's in the vicinity of empire mines.

Golden empire market currently has a deli, and would be one of the closest to
the mine. Address is 105 w. Empire street, Grass Valley (530) 273-2616.

Also summer thyme's bakery & deli at 421 colfax ave, Grass Valley (530)
273-2904.

There's a quiznos in Grass Valley not too far away. Address is 121 neal street,
Grass Valley (530) 272-7600.

We don't send out a confirmation but yes we did receive your registration.

As cary mentioned we have extended out the preregistration date to the 17th. We apologize for any confusion as one of our earlier registration sheets said the 9th and then we ended up officially on the 16th which is a Sunday and that didn't make sense. So as long as it is in my mail box by this Monday the 17th it will still qualify for a free shirt with your registration. Also by preregistering it helps us in knowing how many dinners(and breakfasts) we will need to order from the caterer so that there is enough food to go around the night of the event.

Anyone wanting to pay for their registration by phone feel free to call our sales office at 530-268-0864. Once paid simply email or fax a copy of your registration sheet to me so that we can keep our records in order.

So, just wondering about the road trip, hopefully not all on paved roads? And is this the hensess pass tour mentioned in the schedule of events? Trucks not close to ready for a fordyce run yet.

Maybe we could throw some gravel on the paved road, and call it a mild off-road excursion? That's about all my truck is up to anyway, and it could use the bragging rights. (actually, I can't get there early enough on Friday to make the trip regardless. It will have to suffice for it to sit next to it's bretheren and leak oil in good company.)

The Friday road trip will begin gathering in the lake francis parking lot at 7:45am, and leave by 8:30

svenhard's and coffe will be served.
