Girl Scout 2.0

It's been many, many years and many, many upgrades later since girl Scout was "born", but I thought I would give a little update on the latest.

This weekend I worked on putting in these new corbeau seats:

The new crow seat belts we ordered from wescoperformance.com. The cool thing this about this site is that you can design your own custom belts.

A while ago we added these weld on bead locks we got from Jeff at IH Parts America:

And as of now we took out one girl Scout's major "organs"....

.....to make room for this

...a new Dana 20 and klune doubler!

Been waiting for this post:icon_mrgreen:

so is the plate between the klune and texas 20 a custom bearing tech one off? What had to happen for a input/output shaft between the two?

Looks really good, the slow crawl at the Binder Bee next year will be a fun one:cornut:

Be sure to take the torque converter off the engine and set it in the tranny when it goes back together. The pumps "ears" break off very easy if you try to do it with it still on the engine.

I like your attitude! What are you going to use for the flat belly?

The texas pattern adapter we ordered thru klune and the output shaft just required a 10 spline bull gear.

Jen and pop are not going to re-install the torque converter on the new trans that is currently under construction, I will handle that personally.

But in the meantime, the nose of that converter needs to be removed and sealed jen to keep the critters floatin' around in the shop out of it!

My plan is to mate the tranny and the converter hopefully by the end of this week but not next satidy as we originally planned.

For those of ya who are interested in the klune deal, the tranny build is found in this thread:

That thread will be updated at the close of biznizz today!

Yes! After all this time, I finally finished painting the cage. I sure will miss that primer brown. Naaaaaaat!

wait.....huh?!?!.........im confused.

I didn't get an invite to go to the crushers. I want an invite to go snow wheeling. I called Mike a clown. I should have called him blockhead, but probably not clown.

Anyhow, I want to see more pics of new transmissions, transfercases, badass driveshafts etc that would make snow wheelin' possible.
