What am I doing wrong?

This has been cross-posted. My parking brakes have me frustrated. My parking brake lever is rubbing against the wheel cylinder causing it to be pushed out. I'm also barley able to get a couple of turns on the back nut that screws into my bolt anchor. Am I installing this right?

this is a crazy thought, but do you have the correct bolt and correct nut. ?
