Update for MM??

Mike is back in texas for a third time. The first time was for a wedding. Since then he has been dealing with his parents health issues. He is committed to staying until the end of March. Hopefully he will have all the care issues for his parents worked out by then.

I'm sure he could use a lot of good thoughts and even a few prayers. Parenting the parents isn't easy.

I've called him a couple of times to see how he was doing and to tell him we were worried about him but no call back. I know he is going through a ton of stuff so if you talk to him please tell him we are thinking about him and his family. Hope for the best.

Ditto. I've tried the same with no success. Maybe the numbers I had went out of date even before these latest troubles? At any rate, I sure hope michael has some knowledge that there are a bunch of folks around here that have him in their thoughts and most definitely do give a crap.

Definetly in out thoughts and prayers.

I'm back on the desk and will be slowly getting back into the ihon way. Thanks to all for your support over the last several months

never thought I'd be away this long. But my personal health problems led right into my Dad's last stroke (last October). So I had to make a shift in living arrangements and take care of all that stuff. So six weeks turned into six months.

Finally (what a huge battle!) got my Mom moved into a "senior apartment" complex and every day continues to be a major effort in dealing with her.

Kathy continues to live in the chicago area working as a contractor for navistar. She's coming home for a week on Thursday, so we actually get to see each other about every six to eight weeks.

Next up is begin from scratch in dealing with my back issues. I had tentatively planned surgery for the week I left leaburg last October, now the entire process has to be repeated from scratch due to the lapse of nine months since the earlier diagnosis.

So I'll begin to get involved again here on the rag, but the participation will be slow at first.

Yeah, that's some decent grub for sure. Shouldda known you were onto it. We always make time to get over there when the job swings through the metropex. One of my guys learned about the place from a local cop a few years back and its been a mainstay ever since. Considering what you get for your $15, its a steal. Plus, where else can you drink tea out of a trash can?

Getting old sucks. Good to see you back.

Glad to hear that you are back.

We have been praying for you.

I can't imagine how much work you have backed up after being gone so long. I know how much I get stacked up over a long weekend.

Take care and welcome back!
