I have a 1968 Scout 800 v8 266 with a 4 speedtranny and a twin stick what is the technical name for them or are there numbers to tell what I have Dana 30 ?

For that model year it should be a twin stick spicer/Dana 20. Dana 30 would be your front axle, 44 your ra. Scout 80 models came with a twin stick Dana 18. Later Scout II's came with a single stick Dana 20 and at the very end of production, a single stick Dana 300.

Are the Dana 18 transfer cases divorced?? I have two of the transfer cases and have yet to install them.

No. Dana 18, 20, and 300 t-cases are all married units.
