so ive discovered new problem now travelall is only moving in4wd

And rear end is making bunch of noise sounds like a broken axle not sure havent dug in yet
my question is:
is there an axle that will swap out with one I have
too keep this thing on the road with very minimal amount of work until I can find right one too match front and all that

this vehicle cannot have down time in my storage

anybody got a spare rear 44 in nor cal
or axles r&p parts

I've gotta heck of a good rear end here 3.73's,complete with spring's,bolt's,emergency cable's,will slide right under your's. $250. Came outa '70 1000 d model t' all.Jeff ( forgot,it's a d-60 )

Short term you can remove the broken axle and pieces, drop the rear driveline, and you will still be able to move the vehicle with just the front axle moving the vehicle.

Not recommended for long trips but enough to get you by until you get the rear drive system back up to snuff.
