Hey neighbor! I know these weren't listed, but shot in the dark time...how about an sii travel top or a non-leaking sii power steering gearbox? Thanks.

I am sorry. I wish I could help you on those parts. I only have the SSII grill that is going on my 79 Scout. As for a power steering pump, they are a GM standard pump that can be used from Chevy/gmc truck and many of the cars had the same style pump. Just a different pressure hose. As for the gear box, that May be a hard one to find. I think, but not sure, that the Scout gear box from a mid 70's and up should fit and work just fine. Don't forget to order a torque plate. It mounts behind the steering box on the frame to keep it from twisting when off roading of hitting a bad pothole and such. I got one on mine. Also if permitted on this site, call 541-688-3232. Thanks henry. Don't need a pump. The gearbox is leaking like a sieve out of the input shaft seal. Too cheap to spring for a new one. The remans are overpriced junk from what I hear. Would rather take my chances on a reasonably-priced, good used one and hope I get a year or three out of it.
 
Howdy,
I just got back from the shop and found out a I need a new flywheel for my '68 Scout 800 with a 196. I think the disc diameter was 10" with 8 holes. Look at the pictures and let me know if yours looks the same. If it does and it's still available pm me as soon as possible. Thanks for your help.

I'm interested, my Dad lives in ashland maybe he could pick it up for me?
