scout 800 metal window frame?

was thinking about removing the driver and passenger windows from the metal frame. I would like to get the frames powder coated. Is there a trick to this or any advice out there?
 
Do you have the windows removed from the doors? The frame you're referring to doesn't encase the entire perimeter...it's only two sides like an upside down L shape, right? So I would think having the glass out of the doors would be the first step. Then careful prying of the frame at the leading edges to separate it from the glass. I've never done one, so IDK for sure.
 
I got it figure dout, 4 screws hold bottom to the top, remove those and carefully remove window, not hard at all.
