Sailor Jerry's New Bunk

After gittin' through with the sawbones visits today, I stopped off at the st. Vinny's megastore to stock up on used books.

Out on the front porch I saw a real deal! A combination bunk for when sailor jerry is on location and when he ain't warmin' the slats, this is gonna be the finest slushbox tranny buildin' bench in the northwest!

Took three of us to load it, I'd say it weighs maybe 250???

Sumbitch hadda price tag of $195. But the chick behind the counter said she was tired of rollin' it in and out every day so she marked it $20 this mornin'!

All the hydraulics work perfect, brakes work, the gas struts are good, even has the hanger pole for the iv bags.

I spent alotta time on one of these rigs a few years back, I always thought they'd make a super rollaround workbench, now we got one!

Now jerry ain't gotta sleep on the flatbed when he's visitin', he can have hiz own bunk.

I know the statistics on this model. It says the max weight capacity is 500 pounds, but I have pushed it to the limit and had 800 pounds on it. It's a bitch to push with that much weight, but it can take it.

I don't know about you guys but you'd never see me on one of them body trolleys lest I was declared legally dead!!!!!:yikes:

I'll send a gift to the first poor sumbitch to post a picture of mayben fast asleep on it. It will be a good gift not a white elephant too.

I say "poor sumbitch" cause if mm got pissed at trevor mixe'n happy water at the university he'll for sure get riled up at the posting of him sawin logs on that plastic fantastic bed. I don't want to be there then.

Yore on man!

I take a nap every day at 3p if I kin 'member where the couch is. Now I don't have to nap on the creeper anymore 'cause I forgot ta git up off the shop floor, just make my way to the deadbed and rack out.

Now I gotta find onena them surplus fancy electric over pneumatic air mattresses that constantly massage yore azz so it don't git all whomperjawed while laid up in the ecu. A whomperjawed azz and morphine go real nice inna mix!

That body trolley kinda looks like a steam punk creeper but with way more creepyness.

If you could get the subjects up offa the ground far enough, you could use it as a creeper and bed. Just nap where you lay under the IH.:ihih:

Dang, I missed my opportunity! This is what I get for not reading the forums while in session at the bu - I coulda' had that shot a few hours ago! Got too distracted packing wheel bearings, watching Mike's super-secret method for removing 35-year-old ball joints (we don't need no stinkin' ball joint press... :ihih:), and catching up on the mckenzie river whatnot I suppose.
