Hello all,

I am sure that this question has been posed before, but I can't find a post about it anywhere. I am looking for the best repair manual for my 1973 Scout II. The only one I can seem to find is the one made by IH. Just trying to find out if this is a good all-around repair manual. All I have used before are chilton and haynes. Is this one comparable?

Thanks for your feedback,

If you don't mind important steps being left out on a routine basis, go with chiltons. Yes, the fsm's are the most complete service literature volumes available for these vehicles. They were written and compiled for consumption by trained service techs, so you might find the navigation a bit cumbersome early on, but it gets better the more often you refer to it.
