Question on Line Setting Ticket

Hello all,

I am restoring my 1977 Scout II and have a question on The line setting Ticket. Can anyone tell me from the attached ticket what this vehicle came with for factory wheels? I am trying to keep this truck close to original as possible. I was lucky and found the interior fabric at SMS that looks sweet and I think I have found the exterior paint and side panel graphics.

That specific detail isn't provided. Most likely white wagon spoke steel wheels or the plain solid steel wheels, painted black, with hub caps.
 
Pretty sure it would had plain steel disc with hubcaps since it says "5 stud disc sgl". I looked thru some of my LST's I've saved and found "5 stud CH disc" (for chrome) and they say "5 stud white spoke" for the wagon wheel.
