Parts swap...one model year to the next

Good day!

The body styles look similar...but...

...can you swap parts from a ‘73, ‘74, ‘75 to a 1971 model IH p/u?

Rear end assy. width from SRW 3/4 or 1 ton...cab...interior pieces/parts...fenders...windshield/door or cab windows...engine compartment components...drive trains...etc.

Was considering a ‘71 4x4 3/4 ton...and have located parts trucks in the ‘73, ‘74 and ‘75 model years. Any Scout parts crossover?

Just looking for interchangeability options from one model year to the next.

Getting some...enough feedback so I can start doing a bit more research...and get myself properly informed. (hard to ask anything too specific at this point...sometimes you don’t know enough...to even know which questions to ask)

Figured I might catch a few folks who are on one site or the other. Not as much traffic as I was expecting though. Happy to get some feedback over here too.

I’ll get there eventually.
