Have a 1980 scout II, black fancy interior ect. Think it might be a Raven, has a tag on drivers door, saying it was sent out for modification.. Had this one for 20 years, another is a 1976 red white and blue, and a couple of diesel 1980's one drives great, thats a terra, the other is dead, a traveller.. and a estate sale 71-72 1210 3/4 4 spd, 392, have never tried to start it, but belonged to a mechanic that passed, its in good condition. straight body. Any infromation on if the black one is worth anything special. live in western Washington Don Coats

The line setting ticket for any vehicle in question is usually the best place to start digging for clues.
Post some pictures including the driver door tag. Might be some dead giveaway on what it is. Or as Scoutboy74 says order a Line Set Ticket to find out for sure what it is.
Ill look at the line ticket, if I remember, I think it's worn off a lot.. But there is that little tag on the door, I can take a piccture of it. My scout is black has a upgraded interior, black carpet, console is differant, has air cruise, had fender wheel rubbers. over the years I think the front end or part of it replaced with a 79 grill, but its a 1980 345 2 barrel.. A new LST can be ordered as long as the vin is legible. I don't know if the long delay still applies.
