New breaks for Dana 60

Hows it going all. I have a 79 Scout II that will be getting a set of Dana 60's off of a 87 dodge one ton. I am doing a frame up build and I am at the point of running the break lines on the frame. Both axles will have disk breaks. The questions are what size break line would be the best for the larger calipers, what type of proportion valve, and do I need to change out the stock IH break booster? (if yes what type)
thanks,

This is some what a hard question to answer as every setup seems a little different. I would see what size brakelines the 87 dodge had and go from there. You can use one of our adjustable proportioning valves(adjustable brake proportioning valve - IH Parts America) for the rear and plumb the front direct off of the master cylinder. Your stock booster might be able to handle the larger brakes but if not then I go with a hydroboost setup.

Thanks for the reply. I have been checking out the hydroboost setup and I think thats the way I will be going. Dodge used 1/4 tubing.
