Depends on what you mean by safely. I'm running 32x11.5x15 hankook dynapro mts on my 75 with a 2 1/2 lift, and the rears definitely hit in the back of the fender wells. The hankooks in that size are also bigger than all terraine tas of the same size. That said, I have also seen plenty of 31 x 10.5 tas hit in the same location. Usually occurs when you are going up a real tight uphill switch back. Kind of bends a little 3/4 inch by about 6 inch flap of sheetmetal up. About the 4th time you hammer it back down it tends to break off. The 32 x11 1/2s also rarely tag the bottom front fender lips
