IHCS Monday Recon

Well due to the fact that we at the ihcs have a sickness that has no cure. Added to the fact that we have picked up almost every rig in the willimette valley. We are now forced to drive to bellevue wa to get them. :cornut:
na not really. There are plenty left arround here. However I am planning a Monday (1/18/)trip up there to pick up dads newest Scout 800B.
I'm not sure Dad can go along so I thought I'd put it out there for anyone that might be interested in a road trip. :ihih:
looks like it's a 3.5 hr trip one way. So it could be an all day thing. Post up if you are interested in tagging along. Here is what we are after.

Allright greg. You are in. I'll give you a call as I get details worked out.

wes.....the surgon general has warned about more the one trip with ihcs in any 30 day period...:yikes:

I would love to be able to tag along but I have to go to the dentist Monday morning--yuck!

If you need a rest stop on the way home I should be home by noon. And we are less than a mile from I-5 exit #68.

Would you be interested in going on up to the end of I-405 outta bellevue (I'm intimately familiar with that area!) to marysville and taking a looksee at another rig I got in progress that needs a personal evaluation? While in bellevue, do not even think about violating the speed limit...and ya gotta visit burgermaster right there off the first exit after crossing the lake:

burgermaster - class since 1952

I haven't heard back from a potential buyer for it but I can followup with him now.

Just an idear!

Well, as a former resident of seattle I would say that if your going to hit burgermaster then you also should order some artery clog from dicks.

Dagum raht! Git them gud viddles up inya an warsh 'em down with a swaller uh jerry fer gud mehsjur! And the werd is rektumfeyed. I git tyred uh alwaze havin' tuh fixikate on yer spellin airors, gregree!

Greg will be at the ihcs between 8:30 and 9:00am tomorrow morning. I still have a couple of open seats if anyone else wants to tag along. :cornut:

so how did the recon go?

Trip went well. Greg earned his patch as an ihcs recon man. the Scout is safely at ihcs. It is a bit more rusty then I had hoped. But after ihcs gets through with it International will want it back to sell again. :ihih: look for a restoration thread to start as soon as I button up dads terra. Come to think of it I better post some pictures of the changes to the terra too. :yikes:

so... A typical ihcs extraction?:ihih:

More like a typical International. I had been on quite the roll lately with the "luck of the rust gods":ihih: it came to an end with this one..:confused5:
if this thing was anything but a comanche I would be pulling the slider windows and crushing the rest. :icon_wink:
however saving a 1 of 1500 Scout is something I'd like to be part of.
