Highway transmission noise concern

Need some help diagnosing a odd noise vibration.
My 1967 1100b 304 4 speed has an odd vibration between 50-60 mph
When I reach 60 the vibration goes away.
Guessing it seems transmission in origin.
Has anyone experienced this?
 
It could be other things too, like u-joints or the drive shaft itself. Is this a 4x4 or 4x2? What happens when you push in the clutch while the vibration is occurring or take it out of gear? Can you shut the engine off for a dead quiet coast during the vibration? Not recommended if you have power steering. Have you gotten underneath and just started shaking the living dog piss out of shafts and leaf spring hangers to check for excess play/looseness?
 
Vibration stops when clutch is disengaged.

If that’s the case... what’s my options?
 
The best case scenario would be sloppy u-joints as those are easy and inexpensive to replace. If they've been in there since Moses was in diapers and haven't been greased properly, they're probably not long for this world anyway. That may or may not be the cause of your vibration, but if they need replacing...
Another thing you can try is to remove the rear drive shaft and go for a spin on front axle power. See if that makes any difference. Have you checked the lube levels in the transfer case and transmission? Have they been changed since Cain slew Abel? Sort through the simple and cheap possibilities first.
