Grandpa's old property in Oregon

My grandpa had property in oregon. Somewhere around medford, crater lake, and the rogue river. Had a creek that bordered the property. Anybody have an idea of how I could locate the property. Some of the best days of my childhood were spent there.

Crater lake is a good hour or more from medford. The rogue river is closer. There are creeks everywhere. Do you have any living relatives who might be able to help you remember more specifics?
