Fuse block wire diagram

Hello all, I am very new to the IH family, I recently purchased a 1973 1110 pick up.
I am having some minor issues with the electrical, mainly the fuse block. I removed the block from the dash (did not disconnect anything) I found a red wire going to one of the terminals there is also two additional jumper wires. Does anyone know where they might go ??? Or have a wire diagram for the back of the fuse block..

I did purchase the 2 volume manual the only problem is it is to blurry to to read. Any other solutions??
 
While some of the diagrams are borderline illegible, if not completely useless, which is always a frustrating disappointment, if you keep thumbing forward to the 1974 100 - 200 - 500 Series, those should be a much better quality version. The electrical in these trucks really did not change appreciably from 1969 until end of production in mid-1975, so the later year diagrams fortunately fit the bill well enough for the '69-73 models. Certainly that is the case where the fuse block wiring is concerned.
