So if you didn't know, Dad and I made the trek down to the Sierra Fall Rallye and to run the fordyce trail this past weekend. It was just us and damon (plug ugly on the forum) and his wife. It was a great time! The trail was amazing and the weather was beautiful. We started the trail at indian springs and ended at committee crossing. We kept a good pace and stopped for occasional breaks, pictures, and lunch, and it took us about 9 hours. It was a good thing we had such a great trail guide because this was one gnarly trail. My Scout amazed me. Right before the third water crossing, and exit route, I broke the rear driveline and ripped the plug out of the transfer case. So we ended driving out in front wheel drive (with a tow) and a transfer case with no oil (which is now shot). A new driveline, transfer case, and.....skid plate are in order!
