There is a lot of info here. The "search" function wants exact words and spelling. It May take you a few tries to get past the "no reults-try again" page. Pour over the suspension threads and axle threads. You'll want to know all about the cut and turn, caster angles, and spring over mods.
For what its worth, the body lift is not the way to go. Toyota mini trucks do body lifts for a quick and dirty bump in height. Same with axle blocks (but scouts don't use them). You'll have to mod your clutch linkage, move your radiator shroud, steering, etc.
Better move is the spring lift and new stock height body bushings with 5" shackles. That and some 4 deg caster shims, and extended brake lines should fit 33s fine. Anything bigger and you'll have to rethink the plan.
