I keep blowing ignition modules in my distributor blew three in a period of less than 2 months. Was wondering the correct approach at the problem....ive been told by dui it could be resistance from a single spark plug wires so I have ordered new live wires for it and have bought some ngk spark plugs I'm also going to order the dyna module and replace the napa one that is now in it. Dui has also mentioned to replace the main power wire that goes to the distributor cause there could be resistance there.....ive been looking on youtube for a video to show how to replace module correctly seems pretty easy just pop cap and remove two screws for rotor and you have your module but I have read about about thermal grease and diabetic grease and really not sure where to apply and how much or which one. I'm also wondering if I would be worth replacing the coil while I'm at it not sure if that May be the problem.....but the things left me stranded enough I need to get this rolling agin it's my driver ......any input or advice would be appreciated!
