If you're getting run out, the bearings might be on their way out or gone. If the rotors are already getting grooves after replacing the pads two months ago, there seems to be problems with the caliper itself not functioning properly.
Have you tried taking the wheel and caliper off the one side and try to turn the rotor itself? If the rotor turns freely without the caliper attached, then a good chance that the caliper is the culprit. Maybe the rotor is warped? Maybe something is preventing the caliper piston to retract, that is currently preventing the caliper to release the rotor
