I need 5' of the following:

2.5" x .120"

or

2.75" x .250"

prefer local (sf east bay) so I can pick it up.

Let me know if you got any & how much you want for it.

I only have about 5 feet of 2" and about 50 feet of 1-3/4" and about 20 feet of 1-1/2". All .120 wall.

I don't have the bending die for 2" yet. But soon will get it when money aint so funny. If I had the tube and the bending die, I could help ya bend up that 2-1/2".

Only other supplier that I'm aware of is up just past vallejo. Place called team tube.

Speaking of pipe. I was thinking about getting started this winter on my cage. I remember seeing a design where a fella made a piece of plate steel run up the side of the door jam so the pipe doesnt eat up floor space. It was a piece of flat plate that had a pedestal on top that the upper piece joined right at the dash pad height. Anyone remember what company made that design? I have searched my butt off!

Thanks in advance!

It's very common on jeeps.. Do more searching.

Fyi there is a difference between pipe & tube.

With tube, the thickness of the metal between the id & od is closely monitored/consistent. (picture a circle in a circle, with the inner circle being centered perfectly).

With pipe, the id & od in inches will remain constant but the id circle May drift causing the thickness of the metal to be thicker on one side & thinner on the other.... (picture a circle in a circle, with the inner circle offset a bit).

Well that was a simple explanation.

there is one place that I'm aware of, but I won't disclose the info here due to conflicting interest with compition. Although, I don't recall seeing any info if IH Parts America makes and/or sells what you're looking for. As Mike mentioned, a little more resaerch.
