C1200 6-Lug Front Disc Brake Conversion

Hi folks, I have been researching a disc brake conversion for my '64 C1200, but all the kits I find seem to be for a 5-lug setup. Does anyone know if a 6-lug conversion exists?
 
Not that I've seen. I think to make that happen you're only course would be an axle swap to something more modern and common. In the 3/4 ton weight class, that would be a 8 lug pattern, most likely from a GM vehicle.
