it's been a few deployments and a couple of years since I posted last, not to mention worked on my 75 Scout II xlc 345. However, I bought a Holley 2300 and replaced the old carb (2210) today and whalaa.....she's running pretty good. It ran before, but very erratic.
Had to do some basic troubleshooting to get it running. I accidentally ran her dry and couldn't get her running after I put 4 gallons in her. Got on the forum to get some advice. Came across some info about priming the fuel pump. Not sure I did it correctly, but she's running. My skills are at the novice level at max.
Got to bleed the brakes and then I'll take her around the block and see how she does.
