R Richard Member Yesterday at 8:22 PM #1 What is the average voltage on a Scout II when at idle? at 1500 RPM, at 2000 RPM? My alternator is showing 14/14.5 volts at idle and at 2000 RPM. I would think that at idle it would have dropped down to 13+ volts. Any thoughts? Richard

int77345 Active member Today at 7:23 AM #2 i think your doing good with no accessories on, and i have a 10si alternator, my voltage is about 14-14.7 at idle wth A/C on and head lights on voltage will be 11-12 at idle.
