well I don't know about "tri-boss". I'm not a very good leader, I'm more of a follower. But I wouldn't be opposed to trail boss (or bosses) assistant. I'm on most runs anyways and I'm willing to help out where the boss May need an extra hand. I can help with planning and knowing a route, keeping the group together, spotting, taking pics, getting them starbucks, picking up the dry cleaning, making copies.....
