I used to be a Jeep guy wanted to try something different so I recently purchased this Scout. It is a 79' travler according to the title, it has a 4" suspersion lift with 33x12.50 maxxis big horn tires. All signifigant rust has been replaced and body was straightned at a professional shop and painted flat black. The interior was stripped and coated with por 15. Since I purchased it I chopped the seat brackets down 3.5 inches to install some GM seats. I replaced the damaged rear seat with one from a 74 Scout. No time for anything else yet, more to come

Welcome to the forum! You're already on the road to recovery after losing the heep!:cornut:
the title May say traveler, but it ain't one. That be a regular 100" wb Scout II. The travelers are 118" wb with a fiberglass top and one piece lift hatch.

Is that still SUA or SOA? I can't tell from your pics. I ask because I am initiating a project and like the way yours looks the way it sits.
