We have a 74 IH Loadstar 1600 single axle dump truck on our ranch with no brake master cylinder. Its a 345 AMC, 4spd auto, manual brakes, non-power. Any idea where I can get a master cylinder? Its a single banjo fitting port on front drivers side of the cylinder and a 3 bolt mounting flange on the firewall. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Bring it to a good auto parts store and they can look it up. Follow the line from the MC and I will bet it goes to a hydro boost unit under the drivers seat. They are usually what goes out. Last one I bought was around $400 20 years ago.

We found the banjo bolt, mounted the new master cylinder. Realized the hydro vac booster was junk, so got a new one from
Napa. Problem is that now the new booster has both 1/2-20 threaded banjo ports on input and output. Old one had a 7/16-20 banjo on the output, so we have to order another banjo. But the brass banjo block/swivel hole is to small for a 1/2-20 banjo and the rubber flex line going from the rubber booster end crimped fitting broke off from rust. So I need to find that hose that goes to a brass Tee on the frame. If anyone knows the part number, any help is appreciated. Its all 1/2-20 inverted flare, with some type of bulkhead fitting type on the frame side going into the tee. If I can find a hose with a banjo block type end for that 1/2-20 banjo bolt and a swivel long threaded 1/2-20 inverted flare section to go into the tee, that will eliminate the need for the brass adapter block on the output of the booster.
