I just recently purchased a 1973 International 1110 pickup. It was sitting in an older gentleman's field for the past 11 years. I just couldn't let it rust away to nothing. It has the 304 I believe. I haven't found the stamp on the engine to confirm that. It's an automatic with 4 wheel drive. The engine does run but got a lot of work ahead of me before I can drive it down the road. The body is in pretty rough shape especially the bed. Initially I just want to get it road ready. In the future I would like to restore it.

Here's a few more pics of the trucks current condition. There's one bad spot on the frame. I'm thinking about doing a wood bed if I can't find a replacement bed.

I've decided to start the restoration sooner than I anticipated. It became clear to me that the more parts I took off to fix the more body(rust) came with it. I'll add more pics as I officially start the work. I will be in need of replacement body parts especially the bed. Please let me know if you have any or know of any one that has. I prefer rust free or no more than surface rust.

Welcome to the forum. Ouch, that swiss cheese frame. Sheet metal is one thing, but a compromised frame is scary. I wish you good luck.

Ok that explains the major rust issues. I'm in northern California. Got a nice 3/4 ton frame and a descent bed, looks like you need a set of inner fenders too which I also have. Planning a trip to CA?

Possibly in the future. I'll be in contact once that becomes more of a reality. Hopefully you still have them at that point. I appreciate the info!
