You need a transmission jack. You need to support the engine block from above. A 4x4 post laid across the fenders with two chains each wrapped around the post and then attached to the rear of each cylinder head with grade 8 bolts will do. Remove the trans tunnel cover for access from above. Drain the fluid from the transfer case. Position your tranny jack under the transfer case. Block the wheels. Disconnect both drivelines from the transfer case. Remove the bolts that hold the t-case to the tranny. Lower the t-case. Disconnect the tranny cooler lines and all linkages/electrical pigtails that are connected to the tranny. Remove the dust cover from the bottom portion of the tranny bellhousing. If the torque converter is equipped with a drain plug, remove the plug and allow fluid to drain from the converter. Remove all four of the flex plate bolts which secure the converter to the flex plate. Position the tranny jack under the trans oil pan and support trans with jack and secure. Remove transmission mount bolts from crossmember. Remove crossmember bolts from either side of the frame. Remove the crossmember. Make sure the battery is disconnected. Remove the starter. Remove all the large bellhousing bolts that secure the tranny to the engine block. Carefully separate the trans from the block and lower it for removal. Now, before doing any of these things. Consult the manual once more. What I've outlined is just a primer based on memory. I May have left out a step or glossed over something inadvertently. Hopefully this will help you make sense out of the directions in the manual. It's really not that hard to follow if you take some time to digest it. The main thing is go slowly and be safe. If you've got any friends that have r/r a trans before, it would be wise to enlist their help. Now the begged question...why are you wanting to remove both trannies?
