69 to 75 Stepside fenders

Does anybody know if the stepside fender for the 69 to 75 trucks can be found as replacement parts anywhere?
 
You're probably limited to used parts. Not much market for re-pop of those items. The flare or step side beds were fairly rare. Most beds were of the fleetside design for the added cargo capacity. The Scout II's are the only IH vehicles with replacement body panels available. Even then, shipping across the pond would be akin to purchasing a small island.
