Only two main possibilities I can think of. Either you still have air in the system, or you're losing brake fluid somewhere. Check the fluid in your reservoir and check for fresh fluid leaks at all four corners. If res level is up good and no leaks are found, then you know you have air trapped in the system.

What you're describing is usually a master cylinder with an internal leak. Unless you see a puddle of brake fluid on the ground your brake lines are not leaking.
It's common for a mc to fail when bleeding brakes, especially if it's been installed for a while. What happens is the bottoms of the bore's get corroded and when the pedal goes to the floor during bleeding the corroded area of the bore messes up the seals.

I edited your post with a link to the same master cylinder that our competitor sells with ours which is $50 less in cost and includes a new pushrod.

Jeff I ordered the mc that you listed here and the push rod does not hook up. The end on the new push rod has a joint in it. For it to hook up my break peddle I need to get the joint out unless I'm missing something. Does post on break peddle unscrew? Or do I need to press the joint out can that even be done?

We sell a lot of these mc kits with the heim joint push rod to s800 owners like you. The threaded joint is meant to replace your existing push rod.
I get that. I just don't see how it can hook up with the joint in there is no way for joint to fit on to the post on the break pedal what do people do to get them to fit. Even if get joint out I don't I think I will b able to get snap spring back on. I'm looking for an idea of how to hook this all back up
Our brake master cylinder and pushrods is a direct bolt on part. No cutting, drilling, etc is required. I suggest taking a picture of your brake pedal so that we can see what you have going on as something does not seem right with your set up.
