5 speed vs 6 Speed 1967 1100a Travelall 304

A friend of mine called and says he has a line on a 5 speed and a six-speed.
I have two, I mean three questions.
1) will either of these two mount up against a 4x4 1100a?
2) Would either of these two have a higher gear than the four-speed currently in the beast?
3) Will either of these match properly to the transfer case?

I have enough going on, so if one of these will not give me a higher top end, I will pass. LOL

More information will be needed to answer your questions. Primarily what model numbers the transmissions are and what vehicles they came out of.
 
They said both came out of a "truck" - not a pickup, but I suppose a larger truck. They are supposed to send me some more information, I haven't heard anything.
