4l80e Dana 20 adapter

Hey guys
I have mounted my 5.3 in my Scout II and have my 4l80e is ready to mount up but I need an adapter for my Dana 20.
Can't find an adapter to pair the 2 together, can any of you help me find one.
I know it's been asked before but only find 4l60e to Dana 20.
Any help would be awesome.

I'd call IHPA during business hours and ask them if the 700R4 to D20 adapter they have might work for your trans. I seem to recall reading somewhere that the the trans bolt patterns are the same, but I'm not sure. They'd be the ones to ask.
 
Like I say. Give them a call. I know Torqueflites. I don't GM garbage. It's just a tidbit or rumor if you will that I stumbled across somewhere once upon a time. I am by no means an authority on the matter.
 
Read on a Jeep site the TH400 pattern is the same as 4L80E but the bore size is different?

Easiest thing to do is put a 241C or a Jeep Dana 300 in.
 
What I would look for is the TH400 to a Dana 20 transfer caes adapter. TH400 has an 32 spline output shaft. You will need to change the transfer case bull gear.
The adapter was made as OEM and aftermarket. Give it a try.
