Hi,
New to this forum and have been reading through the carb discussions, and have been getting more and more confused the deeper I go...
This is where I am at: Working on getting a 77 Scout 345 back to road worthy condition. Currently working on getting the carb settled in. I'm at a point where I'm not sure if I should concentrate on working with the carb I have on it, or invest in a new (for a scout) one with an electric choke.
Here are the details:
Currently has a Holley 2210c with the divorced choke system, that's not functional due to some broken pieces. Other numbers on the carb are:
R 7133 A
463359 C91
3156
Questions:
1) Can I put on a 2300 with electric choke and pass emissions in CA?
2) Can I get an electric choke conversion for the 2210c?
3) If not, is the best option to buy the required parts to get the divorced choke back in operation?
I've got about three thousand more questions but figured this was a good place to start.
Thanks,
Tim
