Sorry for the delay in posting, had to unpack the truck first. First off everyone is a winner for coming out to see the IH Sierra Fall Rallye.
Next years show already has some interesting things in the works.
Here is the break out on the awards:
games: bulls eye-stacey santens-9-1/2" from center, slow drag-carl hill, 1:09, one minute nien seconds, blind man-royce Ismail, 40.91 seconds, rti-travel ramp-paul dulfer, 1073.50. Farthest driven, paul dulfer 2228 miles from clarksville, tn.
Best of winners individual, paint-michael and lisa lamb, Scout 800B, engine-ira matheny, 1917 International model h pickup, restoration-carl hill, 1300 flatbed, engineering-Mike elrod, roctractor.
Class winners, Scout 80/800 michael and lisa lamb; Scout II, neil scott, 1979 Scout II; pickup, ira matheny, 1917 model h pickup, traveall, Bob coon, 1973 1210, terra/traveler, richard larsen, 1976 traveler- with terra topper and bulkhead, offroad, Mike elrod, roctractor, best other, Mike hill 1951 IH refridgerator freezer with foot action lever.
Ornas family award, most original Scout, presented by eric Ornas, son of Ted Ornas- inventor of the Scout. Michael and lisa lamb, 1971 Scout 800B.
John Glancy award-pick of the show, neil scott, 1979 Scout II.
Peoples choice: 3rd palce 3 way tie, michael and lisa lamb, doc stewart, 1964 Scout 80, neil scott.
2nd place ira matheny
1st place and eligible to register for free at nationals, Chad maycroft, 1974 Scout II.

Don't think I didn't notice. You left me behind going uphill, and probably got twice the mpg to boot. You should have flagged me down. We could have found room for two more in that trailer for the night. Woulda beat sleeping in the Scout.
Guess I shoulda stayed one more night. I love pizza.
Yeah . . . I'm a little slow draggin' that trailer uphill. Plus, within a couple of hours of leaving Jeff's Tuesday the weather had gotten so bad I was having trouble keeping it on the road. So I found a place to park and waited out the storm until late Wednesday afternoon. Managed to get a couple of books read. The rest of the trip home was uneventful except for a tire that suddenly changed shape on me. Got kinda egg shaped.
Anyway, I had a great time at the sfr. I've already made my campground reservation for next year. And hopefully I'll have a running IH to take down with me. I got about 300 photos and I'll be sending those to cary.

We figured you were within 200 miles of home and wouldn't stop.
We ended up stopping at a motel 6 for a few hours.
No one said anything about pizza before we left!!
We May have changed our minds.
We both had a good time down there.

The rallye is looking for a small cargo trailer, similar to a u-haul, to store the accumulating gear & supplies. Condition doesn’t really matter as we can clean it up.

doc has an old trailer. It goes with the rallye's gold rush theme. What better way to symbolize the covered wagon than with a trailer made from an IH pickup with a camper shell on it.

The initial planning phase of the 2010 rallye is almost complete. The sponsor application and registration sheet will become available and posted soon on the 2010 thread. The swap meet is back
Food for thought…..ya might want to call lake francis and reserve your favorite cabin, rv or camp site before it gets rented.
