Still working on the axle turn.

Here is what the crack looks like on the axle tubes as it starts to emerge

I officially gave up on the of the electric fans. Switched to a viscous fan clutch. This one is out of a 1992 jaguar, it the shortest fan clutch that is made that will fit the drive pattern.

The fan is out of a 1977 olds 350 and ac 6 blade with 2 1/4" pitch. Cooled alot better still need to make a shroud

Old fans out of v6 contour, they pull a decent amount of air but not quite enough for the 3 row radiator, ac condensor and transmission cooler

Finally got my rear tire carrier installed with a spare, and hi lift

Got it from another board member downsizing his Scout for a different purpose

its build by anythingscout. He wanted 500 and gave me 75 for my stock bumper. At 425 total cost I couldnt justfiy building one myself, and I think the anythingscout bumper matches the design of my front bumper and and sliders well.

I plan to modify it with some backup lights and possible swap out the gas can with one of adventure trailer fueld holders

adventure trailers - fuel storage

Thanks

I am happy with it so far. The previous owner took it through the rubicon multiple times. The bearing were rusty but easily changed with a set of set14 timken bearings

I added a led third brake light/license place light (gotta stay legal)

Ran the wire though the frame with grommets

Bailing wire came in handy here to pull the wires through

Planning to install these led lights, in the bumper, they flush mount, I want to make the front and rear bumpers look the same
