1962 scout 80. Finally under way

Thanks guys, I saw a few other items that should work well too if ur looking to start a project like this. These lights re biut the size of a quarter. Led same color as the others. Ill prob install them into the housing in the center by passengers lef and on the other side, then maby wire up 2 small leds to shine down from the pocket in the hard top and have it switched as front dome seprate from the cargo, I stll ma run a switch leg to the cargo also but for. Now its ok.

Sean builds nice quality bumpers, but you will need to keep on him to get it done. I ordered front and rear plus rock sliders. He quoted me 2 months to build, it took him 7 months to deliver. I had to keep on him for the last 5 months. When everything arrived I was still missing hardware for the rear bumper, a high-lift jack, and 2 rotopax and mounts I ordered from him. It took countless phone calls. He did make good on everything except 1 of the 2 rotopax. I finally gave up. Out the money for the last roto-pax, well worth not fighting any longer.

Don't get me wrong, he is a good guy he just seems like he needs help with the business side. That is just my 2 cents.

The quality really is nice, great workmanship.

Side note, I am finding there are a lot of people and businesses that just do not deliver on their promises. We no longer live in a world were a persons word is gold. People take what they can get and screw everything else. So far in my build I have found IH Parts America, and dan's drive-line in vegas to be the only 2 businesses out of many to be trustworthy. Hell, even my painter, who is a friend of a friend, tried to screw me! I just don't get it. Sorry to ramble, I digress. It is just frustrating to live in that kind of world, especially when my word is everything to me.

Hmmmm. That not a good thing to hear.....yeah I already had a little bit of an issue trying to reach them by phone or e mail....he did respond but it had me wondering.....well I can only hope he follows thru.....thats a big dissapoitment if he procrastnates my job.....:icon_sweatdrop:
