1956 S110 Pickup Truck Automatic Transmission Repair Kit

Hi International Friends!
I am German and have been living in Chile for many years. Apart from a restored 1951 L110 pickup truck, I have a 1956 S110 with an automatic transmission, which unfortunately does not work. Do you know where I can find a repair kit? Here are some photos and the plate with the gearbox number:

Welcome Andreas! Sweet old pickup. International only made the S-line light trucks for a little over a year, so they're fairly low production. I believe your trans would be the Borg Warner 8 (BW 8) 3 speed auto. Seems like those would have been a pretty rare option in '56. It was superseded in the mid-60's by the BW 12. You can web search for Borg Warner 8/12 overhaul/rebuild kits. They're getting harder to find, but still out there if you search hard enough. Fatsco.net was one supplier that I saw online.
