Dam Fire Clowns!

Looks like the fire clowns are out. A minute or two after arriving at the shop I was checking phone messages when I heard a bunch of commotion outside. I looked out to see the neighbors pasture on fire. Myself and two good samaritans went to work on the fire and had it well under control by the time the fire department got there using a couple of shovels and a hose that we drug across the street. There were several other fires up and down the road as well but other people had stopped and helped put them out. I hope whoever did this gets caught(and beaten!).

The punishment you've suggested is far too lenient Jeff. These types of crimes warrant more medieval remediation...witch iz fancee buklarnin' tawk fer drawin' an' korterin'.

Does abraham have one of those "game cams" as part of his hunting arsenal?? If so rig that up, track the bastards down, and administer appropriate justice by removing 'em from the gene pool.

I'm trying to find a game cam to borrow right now so I can "watch" when the freakin' no-patrol county gendarmes don't patrol the boat ramp next to us! Right now, there is a local vigilante committee patrolling the ramps, the fuckin' tweekers bust into any rig left on the ramps during boat trailer shuttle on the river.

The bounty on tagger ears up here is only $10. But for fire bugs it could mean termination of breathing rights.

Any signs of "hot boxes" over there on the tracks??

Are you kidding? What are these morons thinking? Those shovels you used to put the fire out could have served multiple purposes if you had caught the bastards.

Looks like the cause of the fire was a larger truck pulling a tractor/trailer with two blown out tires. The county sheriff was hot on there tail and had to pull them over as they were unaware that they had two blow outs. Hopefully they got ticketed as anyone who can't tell that they have two blown tires on the same side shouldn't be allowed on the road.

that happened here a couple years ago. A
motorhome pulling a car and the car had blown a tire. Well the driver never noticed and the tire ended up comong off so the rim sparked as he started fires for 100 miles in idaho and montana before he was stopped...
