I have converted to disc brakes on my 19 7800 scout. My question is on the mast of cylinder. They are now the same size bowls. Do I still use the front for the front disc brakes and the rear bowl for the rear disc brakes? Or does it matter?

That's a drum brake master cylinder. You need a disc brake master with the one larger reservoir and you also need a disc brake proportioning valve.
Looks like a corvette disk brake master to me, 1.125" The cap is the same "size" on both sides but the front has a larger capacity for the disks.

And yes you will want a PV4 combo/ prop valve.
